Outpatient clinic setting

Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Uses InSync EMR system

No on-call requirements

Active PT license required (license required if applicable)

Compact license accepted to start, but full state license must be obtained shortly after starting assignment

Experience in an outpatient setting required

One professional reference required

SSN required for consideration

Equipment provided during interview process

Parking and dress code details provided on first day

30-minute meal break, automatically deducted if clinician does not clock out

Candidates with prior perm or PRN employment at this facility within the last year are not eligible to return until one year of separation has passed
