The focus of this role is to support proposal activities for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Manufacturing Engineering team. This includes assisting with the coordination of all Production Operations proposal activities during the entire life cycle of the proposal. Activities include, but are not limited to, creating the Manufacturing Engineering Statement of Work, supporting the estimation of required effort (labor, tooling, travel) for manufacturing engineering, documenting basis of estimate, and timely submission of estimates. This requires communicating with the contract manager to relay information to the manufacturing team and manufacturing site support personnel, collaborating with multiple disciplines to collect data, build estimates, and submit documents on timely manner, participates in pricing reviews with management and customer representatives and support the creation of a Tangible Item List (TIL).
