This position is hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. Work-from-home requirements include high‑speed internet. Hours: 8:45am‑5:15pm, every 4th Saturday 9:00am‑1:00pm (in office). What You Will Do Manage inbound loan inquiries and provide accurate information on consumer loan products and services. Utilize the CRM to qualify and manage loan product leads, converting qualified leads into opportunities. Collect required member documentation via secure channels and verify accuracy and completeness to meet underwriting and company requirements. Generate loan contracts and related sales agreements, prepare closing packages, and facilitate execution through electronic or in‑branch signings. Conduct follow‑up after closing to confirm receipt of all documentation and that members meet lender obligations. Maintain data integrity in CRM and loan systems by documenting every member interaction, loan stage, and closing action. Collaborate with lenders, branch staff, and sales managers to ensure timely and compliant loan processing. Adhere strictly to privacy and data security standards when handling PII. Provide consistent communication and updates to members throughout the loan cycle. Support departmental goals related to compliance accuracy, administrative quality, and sales performance. Qualifications High School Diploma required. 1–2 years of experience in consumer lending, banking, or a related administrative or sales environment. Must successfully complete a criminal background check during pre‑employment screening and periodic re‑screening during employment, in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
