BANKING & FINANCE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEYOur client, a prestigious Amlaw 50 firm, is seeking a highly motivated Banking & Finance Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated and expanding Banking & Finance practice. This opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions, working alongside a collaborative team known for its technical excellence and client-focused approach.The ideal candidate will contribute to high-value matters across private credit, structured finance, syndicated lending, distressed financings, receivables financings, and growth capital transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Active Bar Admission in New York or California, in good standing.3–7 years of substantive banking and finance transaction experience at a major law firm.Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in a broad range of debt financings, including private credit and syndicated facilitiesFamiliarity with structured credit, receivables financings, distressed financings, and growth capital transactionsStrong client service orientation with the ability to manage multiple matters efficientlyDemonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and attention to detailLarge law firm experience strongly preferredKey ResponsibilitiesRepresent lenders and borrowers in domestic and international financing transactionsDraft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and related transaction materialsSupport transactions involving private credit, syndicated credit facilities, structured finance, and distressed situationsCollaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups to deliver seamless client serviceManage deal execution from initial diligence through closingWhy Join Us?This role offers the opportunity to work with a premier Banking & Finance team that advises leading financial institutions, private credit sponsors, and corporate borrowers on complex and high-profile transactions.
