Electrical Assembly Technician

Location: Loveland, CO

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Pay: $23-$29/hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembly Technician to join a growing team. In this role, you will assemble, wire, and test electrical components using schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. This is a great opportunity for candidates with electrical assembly experience who take pride in quality workmanship and problem-solving.

• Assemble and wire electrical components and products.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Perform inspections and testing to ensure product quality and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly and wiring issues.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow safety procedures, industry standards, and 5S workplace practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team goals.

• Experience with electrical assembly, wiring, or electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, components, and industry standards (IPC preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00/hr.
