The Role

• Advise clients on bankruptcy filings, creditor rights, restructurings, and insolvency matters
• Handle bankruptcy litigation, motions, adversary proceedings, and creditor committee work
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and restructuring documents
• Collaborate with partners on strategy and client counseling

Compensation

• Base salary $225,000 – $270,000 (DOE)
• Attractive bonus structure (hours-based): $77,500 at 1,850 hours;
  $20K–$60K at 2,000–2,200 hours;
  up to $120K at 2,500 hours

Must-Haves

• 2–3 years of relevant bankruptcy/creditor rights experience
• JD from a T20 law school
• GPA 3.5+

Federal bankruptcy court clerkship or oral argument experience
