ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Resolve customer inquiries by providing accurate, timely support and addressing concerns with a commitment to service excellence Support customers by conducting thorough research to identify and implement appropriate solutions to customer concerns. Guide callers through our website, offering clear instructions on products, services, and online tools. Partner with internal departments to address complex customer needs and ensure a cohesive service experience. Document customer interaction details ensuring all information is logged accurately for future reference. REQUIRED SKILLS Demonstrate effective communication skills when engaging with customers. Possess foundational computer literacy and proficient keyboarding abilities. Thrive in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining operational efficiency. Cultivate and sustain positive, professional relationships with customers and cross-functional teams. Exercise strong problem-solving capabilities, demonstrating the flexibility to adapt approaches while ensuring successful outcomes. Employ effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity. DESIRED SKILLS Demonstrates a positive attitude and effectively manages stress while remaining composed under pressure. Exhibits self-motivation and the ability to take initiative in daily responsibilities. Previous customer service experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.
