Your Future Role At A GlanceLocation: Panama City, FLFacility: Sacred Heart Bay HospitalDepartment: Critical Care & Emergency RoomSchedule: Full-timeEligible for an annual bonus incentiveHow You'll Make An Impact In This RoleEstablish departmental goals and operational policies that align with clinical, legal, and health system standards across assigned specialty areas.Direct all patient care delivery, quality assurance, complaint management, and external/internal audit readiness.Manage departmental budgets, optimize resource allocation, and remove operational friction to achieve fiscal and clinical targets.Partner with physicians and executive leadership to streamline operations, staff utilization, and equipment workflow.Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and staff development.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
