Snack Bar Attendant

Sparrows Point Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a Snack Bar Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to our guests. Pay Range $15–$17 per hour Key Responsibilities Ensure guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner Prepare and serve food and beverage items Maintain an organized and clean work area Control inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products Receive deliveries of product from vendors and ensure proper storage Report to department manager when supplies need to be ordered Stock and inventory products Respond to customer questions regarding general information about the facility Supply support to food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service to members and guests Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by management Communicate guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director, Food and Beverage and Chef Review schedule for changes, calendar of events and facility activities on a daily basis Process snack bar purchases with EZLinks point of sale (POS) system Accountable for cash and check transactions Incorporate safe work practices in job performance Perform other duties as required Minimum Qualifications No experience necessary; we will train Must be able to meet age requirement for serving alcohol and have obtained a Certified Food Handler's Card Other Qualifications Regular and reliable attendance Experience using point of sale (POS) systems Benefits for Qualified Associates Medical Vision PTO 401(k) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
