Bookkeeper and Events Cordinator

The ideal candidate can coordinate events of 200+ attendees and provide comprehensive bookkeeping services. Responsibilities * Manage bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and financial reporting * Coordinate large-scale corporate and social events (200+ attendees) * Assist upper management with daily tasks, marketing ideas, vendor coordination, promotions, and community outreach * Support vendor relationships and event scheduling * Maintain effective communication and multitasking across departments * Network to grow business relationships and event participation * Provide reliable assistance as part of the team in a fast-paced setting * Work Evenings, Events, Weekends * Flexible Part-Time Schedule Required Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience Preferred Qualifications * Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop * Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes * Experience in financial reconciliations and payroll processes * Event planning and vendor management experience * Marketing support skills * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Leadership qualities and ability to work collaboratively within a team
