Qualifications Strong foundation in accounting principles, including experience with general ledger maintenance, account reconciliation, and financial statement preparation. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel, along with the ability to learn new systems and tools as needed. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data, documentation, and compliance-related tasks. Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and interacting with clients in a professional manner. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced public accounting environment. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; progress toward CPA certification or interest in obtaining the CPA credential is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Covington, KY and contribute positively to a team-oriented, client-focused culture.
