Project Manager/ Coordinator (Pharmaceutical/ Manufacturing)

Job Responsibilities:

• Within the organization, we have a manufacturing team responsible for producing our products. We also have an MSNT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) team, which acts as a bridge between Manufacturing and R&;D. The MSNT team translates R&;D outputs into operational processes.
• In addition, we have an engineering team that supports our facility and manufacturing equipment. Our quality organization includes both Quality Control and Quality Assurance. In total, we have around 350 individuals supporting this location.
• We are looking for an individual who can support the senior leadership team, which consists of nine heads of functional teams.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in creating leadership-ready presentations.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard/report development.
• Prior experience in hybrid roles that combine analytics/reporting with coordination or operational support.
• Exposure to operations environments, including familiarity with 5S or Lean methodologies.
• A highly organized and hands-on approach, with the ability to manage both data-driven tasks and day-to-day coordination.

Skills:

• Good attention to details because some activities required running reports sending our communications.
• Need to support HR Team. Employee engagement activities for the site employee engagement activities. Monthly employee recognition activity printing out certificates, making sure that the meeting is set up to celebrate some individuals.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, IT, or a related field.
