TRAILER TECHNICIAN
TNTX, LLC
Purpose of Position : Performs maintenance and repairs on Commercial Trailers per OEM and company policies. Essential Job Functions :
- Diagnose and repair assigned trailers in an accurate and timely manner.
- Verify repair is complete and fixes original customer complaint.
- Notify shop foreman of other potential issues associated with vehicle.
- Punches in and out of job costing program to ensure accurate time billed to customer.
- Mindful of maintaining customer's trailer cleanliness at all times while working on trailer.
- Works to achieve company efficiency standards.
- Ensures warranty parts are returned to proper department for processing.
- Follows all established OSHA and company safety protocol to include keeping work station neat, clean, and free of debris.

- Verbal and written communication to include simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Basic computer use and navigation skills.
- Knowledge of trailer repair techniques.
- Ability to learn company standards, warranty procedures, and vehicle policies.
- Customer Service focused.
- Carpentry and Auto Mechanics Experience.
- Clean MVR Record
- Own tools
