Sweetspot is seeking knowledgeable and customer-focused cannabis advisor to join our beautiful new dispensary located in Hamilton Township, NJ. As a cannabis advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the wide variety of products we offer, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting cannabis products that best fit their needs and lifestyle Provide information regarding different cultivars, potency, and effects Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and diligence Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock management Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Uphold a clean and organized workspace Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Previous experience in a retail or customer service-oriented role preferred Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change Strong attention to detail and accuracy Benefits Competitive wages commensurate with experience Health Insurance 10hr shifts, 4 days per week Paid time off Opportunities for career growth and development in the cannabis industry A supportive, educational and inclusive work environment Additional Benefits Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Shift 10 hour shift Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person Salary: $18 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
