About the Role:
Freddie Richardson Cleaning Service LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Floor Tech to join our growing team in Gainesville, FL. This is a great opportunity to take pride in your craft, work with a professional crew, and keep commercial and residential spaces looking their best.

Responsibilities:

• Strip, wax, and refinish hard surface floors to a high-quality finish
• Operate floor buffers, burnishers, and auto scrubbers safely and efficiently
• Perform carpet cleaning, extraction, and spot treatment as needed
• Sweep, mop, and maintain hard floors on a routine basis
• Identify and address floor care issues, including scuffs, stains, and buildup
• Maintain and clean all floor care equipment after each use
• Follow safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures

Requirements:

• Prior experience in floor care, janitorial services, or commercial cleaning preferred
• Familiarity with floor machines including buffers, burnishers, and scrubbers
• Knowledge of floor care chemicals and proper dilution/application techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a plus
