Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients, establishing a foundation for personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions addressing various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling services to individuals facing emotional challenges.

• Exemplary interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
