Need someone with strong project management and continuous improvement experience out of either consumer products or high speed manufacturing to be considered. Good leadership skills as far as coaching, mentoring, training, and leading project teams. Must also be able to manage Contractors. Standard knowledge of material handling, material flow, and plant layout.
