What You’ll Do:

Support residents’ psychosocial needs through daily interactions and engagement
Assist with coordinating activities and programs that promote socialization and well-being
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Help maintain documentation related to resident participation and services
Work collaboratively with nursing, activities, and interdisciplinary teams
Assist with addressing resident concerns and communicating needs appropriately
Ensure a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in healthcare, long-term care, or a related setting preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused mindset
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Basic computer skills for documentation
Must be eligible to work in a healthcare setting with no abuse-related findings
