Machine Attendant – 3-Day Weekends Every Week! (four day work week) 

Location: Milford, NH

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating and monitoring machinery used to produce high-quality rubber gaskets.

• Ensuring production targets are met while maintaining safety standards.

• Performing basic quality checks on finished products.

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in machine operation is required.

• Reliability: Since this is a 4-day shift, being on time and present is critical.

• Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for ensuring gaskets are made to specification.

Responsibilities

Attends a molding machine to produce flexible rubber connectors by performing the following
duties.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
▪ Removes flexible rubber connector(s) from mold using gloves for heat protection.
▪ Places products on workbench located in front of each machine.
▪ Inspects product for any defects.
▪ Uses a file and/or utility knife to trim away excess rubber.
▪ Places a steel band inside rubber connector.
▪ Place an identification mark using a marker on the inside of each flexible rubber connector.
▪ Stacks finished flexible rubber connectors into a cardboard box.
▪ Moves pallet loaded with product to the Assembly Department or warehouse.
▪ Completes daily reporting paperwork.
▪ Makes minor adjustments to machines as necessary.
▪ Troubleshoots to determine cause of problem/defect.
▪ Reports machine malfunctions to the Lead Person or Supervisor.
▪ Maintains cleanliness of assigned machine(s) and workstation.
▪ Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.

The essential functions of this role include:
