Job Overview Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy, a PT‑owned organization, seeks a Physical Therapist to provide focused 1:1 patient care for athletes and active orthopedic populations, including sports rehab, vestibular, and pelvic floor services. Responsibilities Providing education and counseling to patients and families regarding treatments, goals, and potential safety risks within scope of practice. Evaluating physical and functional status, including cognitive, psychological, and perceptual ability. Documenting all evaluations, treatment, and coordination of care contacts via facility policies. Independently managing own caseload to maximize effectiveness of overall care plan. Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and facility policies. Supporting special projects and other designated activities as assigned. Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership. Qualifications Physical Therapist license or anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months. Commitment to top quality patient care. Eagerness to develop skills and support teammates. Experience or interest in sports rehab, vestibular, pelvic floor, or related specialties. Benefits & Compensation Base compensation $79,000–$92,000+ with total compensation package $90,000–$103,000+ depending on experience. Relocation/sign‑on bonus available.
