Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Civil & Structural Engineer with 8 10 years of experience in the analysis, design, and detailing of industrial structures, preferably within CPG/manufacturing environments. The role requires strong expertise in STAAD.Pro, RAM Connection, AutoCAD, U.S. structural codes and standards , and brownfield project execution. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design for industrial and process/non-process structures.
- Design and detail process buildings, warehouses, pipe racks, machine foundations, and water-retaining structures .
- Develop and review 2D drawings and 3D models for structural deliverables.
- Verify existing conditions and drawings using field data and as-built information .
- Collect and incorporate site measurements and as-built inputs into design documents.
- Coordinate structural designs with civil, mechanical, electrical, process, and other discipline engineers.
- Coordinate with PEs, construction teams, local vendors, and project partners .
- Prepare structural calculations, design documents, drawings, and technical deliverables.
- Estimate engineering man-hours for proposals and project execution .
- Participate in client review meetings and present offshore engineering deliverables.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable U.S. codes, standards, and project specifications .
- Support brownfield modifications and existing-facility structural assessments.
