Role Description The Emergency Medicine Advisor is a remote role responsible for providing medical expertise to support the implementation of Colibri Health’s clinical care strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on medical protocols, contributing to evidence-based medical education, supporting clinical research activities, guiding medical affairs initiatives, and addressing market access challenges to maximize patient care outcomes. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to align clinical best practices with the organization's mission. Qualifications Proficiency in Medicine and expertise in patient care practices within emergency or acute care settings Experience in Medical Affairs, including protocol development and clinical governance Strong capabilities in Medical Education and training healthcare professionals Background in Research, including clinical trials and evidence-based practice Familiarity with Market Access strategies and understanding of healthcare industry policies Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills MD or DO degree with board certification in Emergency Medicine or a related field Experience with virtual care platforms and digital health solutions is a plus Commitment to patient-centered, sustainable healthcare practices
