HDD Locator - Telecommunications

Responsibilities:

Locating HDD drill heads using DigiTrak, Subsite and comparable systems
Providing real-time steering corrections to the Drill Operator
Reading utility maps, bore profiles and construction drawings
Identifying underground utility conflicts before drilling begins
Recording bore information and production data
Working closely with Operators, Foremen, Inspectors and Utility Representatives
Maintaining OSHA-compliant, safety-focused job sites

Skills/Must Have:

3+ years of HDD locating experience
Fiber optic or underground utility construction experience
Strong understanding of bore planning and utility avoidance
Experience with DigiTrak, Subsite or equivalent locating systems
Excellent communication and teamwork
Valid driver's license

Salary:
