We're hiring an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial projects nationwide and deliver them safely, on time, and on budget.This Role Requires Nationwide Travel:You'll be traveling to job sites throughout the United States, so flexibility and a road-ready approach are essential. We cover lodging and provide a meal per diem while you're traveling, plus competitive mileage reimbursement.Qualifications We're Looking For:At least 2 years of commercial construction experience, with prior superintendent experience.Willing and able to travel nationwide to project locations.Proficient in the layout of complex construction projects.Strong at reading and interpreting blueprints, architectural plans, and structural drawings.Proven ability to build and hold project schedules.Driven, detail-oriented, and focused on quality.Clear, effective communicator with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.OSHA 30 certification required.Comfortable with technology and cloud-based reporting systems (training and tools provided).Day-to-Day Duties:Manage every phase of commercial projects, from planning and scheduling through completion.Partner daily with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to keep workflow moving and materials arriving on time.Supervise and support field crews with direction and accountability.Inspect sites regularly for progress, quality, and compliance with safety and building code requirements.Resolve issues proactively to keep work on schedule.Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.Drive a strong culture of safety built on industry best practices.What We Offer:Performance incentive program with achievable, generous bonusesCompany-paid lodging and meal per diem while travelingCompetitive mileage reimbursementOptional medical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid life insurance401(k) planPaid Time Off and paid holidays1 week of paid volunteer leave each year, in addition to PTOClear advancement opportunities in a fast-growing companyApply Today:If you're a superintendent who wants your leadership and expertise to make a real difference on projects across the country, this is your opportunity.
