Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct therapy services to individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of emotional and psychological issues, including but not limited to trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and utilize evidence-based tools to evaluate client needs, strengths, and areas requiring development.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with individual client goals, collaborating with clients to foster engagement and accountability in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain diligent clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and state laws for confidentiality and security.

• Deliver culturally sensitive care, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications\n
