Mail Processor - Insurance

Serving policyholders since 1935, Universal Fidelity Life Insurance Company is listed nationally as a third-party administrator (TPA) and in seven states as an insurance company. Our executive offices are located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We currently have staff working remotely not only within Oklahoma but from several states across the country. Job Summary The Mail Processing Specialist is responsible for assisting with the sorting of all incoming mail, email and faxes per department. Their job is to sort and scan all documents into the proper processing system. The Mail Processing Specialist also provides services to UFL’s Med Sup block, UFL’s Life block, all Life and Annuity blocks for which UFL provides Third Party Administrator services. Summary of Essential Job Functions Sort and process all incoming mail Process all outgoing mail; must meet deadlines Send FedEx and Priority Mail packages Log all checks sent to lock box Deposit company checks Print checks for various departments Insert premium billing and other documents in proper envelope for mailing Print and assemble policies and applications to be mailed Monthly mail machine reporting Backup for Scanner\Indexer Order & stock office supplies, envelopes and paper Work with vendors for all mail room functions Work with Shred company for document destruction
