Associate Director, Digital Change Lead

Responsibilities

Define and maintain Clinical Risk Management digital strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities
Lead digital solution lifecycles and modernization initiatives from business need through retirement
Design governance mechanisms and resolve cross-functional escalations on quality, compliance, and resource issues
Establish data standards, master data governance, taxonomy, and information accessibility frameworks
Represent Clinical Risk Management OpEx in enterprise forums and align on shared digital initiatives

Requirements

Strategic leadership experience in digital transformation or portfolio management
Expertise in clinical risk management, quality assurance, or regulated healthcare environments
Proven track record managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder alignment
Experience with data strategy, governance frameworks, and information management
Strong vendor management and commercial negotiation capabilities
Ability to establish operating models and design decision-making mechanisms
