Cedarvale Commons in Washington Court House, OH is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Warrior Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team. What You’ll Do
As a Weekend Warrior Nurse, you will provide quality nursing care to our residents while working closely with STNAs, fellow nurses, physicians, families, and other members of the care team.
Responsibilities include:
Provide safe, compassionate, and individualized resident care
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
Supervise and support STNAs to ensure quality resident care
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
Build positive relationships with residents and their families
Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment
What We’re Looking For
Current LPN or RN license in the State of Ohio
Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable and committed to providing excellent resident care
Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team
