Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active Oklahoma School Psychologist or Psychometrist license required
Prior experience in school-based psychological or psychometric services preferred
Strong abilities in assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention with children and adolescents
Proficiency using technology for virtual (voco) service delivery a plus
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Commitment to supporting diverse learners in inclusive settings

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct educational assessments, observations, and evaluations for students referred for academic or behavioral concerns
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) or intervention strategies
Provide individual and group counseling to students as needed
Facilitate crisis response and support safe, positive school climates
Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
Deliver services onsite or virtually, ensuring continuity and accessibility for all assigned students
