Assistant Restaurant Manager: Guest Experience & Operations

Baskin-Robbins in the Annapolis area seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team. In their absence, you perform all Manager duties, oversee floor operations and Brand Training programs, and foster a positive guest-focused culture to drive sales and operations. Key tasks include leading team meetings, coordinating training and certification, ensuring brand standards, managing schedules, inventory and safety, and assisting with new product #J-18808-Ljbffr Baskin-Robbins
