Overview Position: Mortgage Loan Processor Location: Dumfries, VA Direct Placement $60,000-$62,000/yr Candidates must be willing to work onsite Monday-Friday in Frederick, Maryland. Insight Global is hiring for a Mortgage Loan Processor to join one of the largest homebuilding companies across the country in their Mortgage division. You will work directly with homebuying customers and help them secure financing for their new home. You will act as a liaison between the borrower, the sales team, and underwriting to ensure an excellent home buying experience. Desired Skills: Bachelor's Degree Excellent customer service, and strong oral and written communication skills Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task Responsibilities Provide a positive impact on the customer’s experience while maintaining frequent communication and customer service to home buyers Maintain ongoing communication with Mortgage and Homebuilding staff throughout the loan process Manage multiple loan files, collect and record customer information, and ensure timely processing of mortgages Set up loan files, order all exhibits (e.g., VOE, VOD, credit report), and follow up on submitted and pending loans Coordinate closing paperwork, ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files prior to passing to the closing department Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Excellent customer service, and strong oral and written communication skills Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task Employment details Employment type: Full-time Job function: Administrative, Customer Service, and Consulting Industries: Loan Brokers, Banking, and Financial Services Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
