Immediate need for a talented Clinical - Pharmacy Technician 1. This is a 03+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid). Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to members regarding medication refills.
• Provide exceptional customer service during member interactions.
• Encourage and assist members with medication refills.
• Handle provider and pharmacy calls as needed.
• Process or assist with faxes and complete independent work assignments.
• Accurately document and complete assigned work while following established procedures and workflows.
• Work effectively with trainers, team members, providers, pharmacies, and members.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 1–2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active Georgia State Pharmacy Technician License.
• PTCB Certification.
• Experience working with a health plan or health insurance organization.
