Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy
• New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist (active and in good standing)
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage caseloads and complete timely documentation
• Adaptability when working with students of varying abilities and grade levels

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative PT services to support students educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy into classroom routines
• Monitor, document, and report student progress in compliance with IEP requirements
• Offer training and resources for staff and parents to facilitate student inclusion and participation
• Adjust interventions based on student data and feedback
• Travel between schools as needed for student support
