Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health

$30K Commitment Bonus Responsible to provide care in accordance with the North Carolina Board of Nursing-Nurse Practice Act, American Nurses Association Standards of Practice, and other standards established by professional groups and regulating bodies. Nursing care will be delivered in accordance with ECU Health and entity‑specific nursing policies, procedures, and professional standards of care/practice. Position Summary Responsible for the provision and coordination of nursing care, including collection and analysis of assessment data, identification of expected outcomes, and development of a plan of care in collaboration with the patient/family and interdisciplinary team members. Identifies interventions to attain expected outcomes, implements the identified interventions, evaluates the progress of the patient/family toward attainment of outcomes, and documents the process. This care is sensitive to age‑specific and unique needs of the patient/family. Promotes and evaluates the effective functioning of the health‑care team. Collaborates with health‑care team members to meet the identified needs of the patient/family throughout the episode of care. Delegates tasks and activities as appropriate and governed by the NC Nurse Practice Act. Minimum Requirements Current North Carolina Registered Nurse license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state. American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification. At least 1 year of experience. Shift and Scheduling Day and night shifts available, 12‑hour shifts per week, including weekends and holidays. Compensation Pay Range for Staff Nurse II: $34.00 - $46.75 per hour. Final compensation will be based on career ladder placement. Benefits and bonuses include ECU Health employee benefits.
