Position: Business Analyst (Entry / Junior / Mid-Level)



Location: Richmond, VA



Employment Type: W2 Contract (Onsite, Hybrid & Remote)



Work Authorization: GC, H4 EAD, USC







Key Responsibilities:




- Analyze and interpret large datasets to generate actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, and Finance.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and efficiency.
- Support strategic planning through data-driven analysis and forecasting.
- Manage or assist in project execution to ensure timely delivery.







Qualifications:




- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 0 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role (Freshers are also welcome).
- Strong knowledge of tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, and CRM/ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
