As a Lead Occupational Therapist, you will provide outstanding, evidence-based patient care while serving as a mentor and resource to our occupational therapy team. You will oversee caseload and clinical quality management, support professional development, and help drive our mission of enabling every child to thrive. What You’ll Do

• Deliver transformative interventions: Assess and treat kids with autism, ADHD, sensory integration, and learning differences.
• Inspire and lead: Mentor, coach, and energize the OT team—setting the standard for excellence and growth.
• Maximize impact: Manage caseloads, streamline workflows, and fuel clinical innovation.
• Drive collaboration: Team up with SLPs, PTs, BCBAs, and psychologists for next-level results.
• Champion best practices: Model evidence-based, strengths-focused approaches and empower families.
