Combine direct geriatric patient care with clinical leadership in a PACE setting offering full-time or part-time weekday coverage.

Practice & Cases

• Geriatric population across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Participant assessments and individualized treatment planning

• Care planning, quality initiatives, and clinical protocol oversight

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Day-shift coverage
• Provider on-call rotation required
• Weekend call included in the rotation

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Active North Carolina medical license required
• CDS and DEA required
