Hatch Global Search is seeking a Safety Manager in Miami, Florida, to oversee all health and safety matters on-site. The successful candidate will monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and corporate safety standards and conduct inspections and audits to identify hazards. Additionally, the Safety Manager will lead training sessions and manage workers' compensation claims. Requirements include bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, proven safety leadership experience, and in-depth knowledge of OSHA standards.
