What You'll Do Strategic Consulting & Client Advisory Help organizations define and execute GIS and utility modernization strategies. Strategic Consulting & Client Advisory Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand operational goals and challenges. Strategic Consulting & Client Advisory Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning discussions. Strategic Consulting & Client Advisory Translate business objectives into practical technology and process recommendations. Strategic Consulting & Client Advisory Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout project lifecycles. Program & Project Leadership Drive successful delivery of enterprise consulting engagements. Program & Project Leadership Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation. Program & Project Leadership Guide requirements analysis, solution planning, and deployment strategies. Program & Project Leadership Monitor project progress, manage key deliverables, and support successful outcomes. Program & Project Leadership Align cross-functional teams around business priorities and project objectives. Utility Network & GIS Solutions Provide expertise in modern geospatial platforms and utility workflows. Utility Network & GIS Solutions Advise on utility network design, implementation, and operational adoption. What You Bring Background leading consulting engagements, technology programs, or business transformation initiatives. Experience working with utility organizations or infrastructure‑focused environments. Knowledge of geospatial technologies and enterprise GIS platforms. Ability to communicate effectively with executives, operational teams, and technical stakeholders. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions. Strong relationship‑building, presentation, and facilitation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, guide teams, and deliver results in dynamic environments. Typically brings several years of experience supporting large‑scale utility, GIS, or enterprise technology projects. Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Nice to Have Experience with utility network modeling and modern network management practices. Familiarity with electric, gas, water, or other infrastructure industries. Experience designing or supporting enterprise geospatial applications. Knowledge of GIS data architecture, governance, and lifecycle management. Prior experience mentoring consultants, analysts, or technical teams. Exposure to business development, account growth, or client‑facing consulting activities. Industry conference speaking, publishing, or thought leadership experience.
