Position Overview The Vice President of Human Resources will serve as a critical member of the executive team, shaping Tiberius Aerospace’s people strategy as the company continues its growth. This leader will architect and scale HR operations, foster a high‑performance and mission‑driven culture, and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team. This is not simply an HR administration role; the VP‑HR will help build the workforce, leadership capability, and organizational infrastructure required to support a high‑growth aerospace and defense company. The role requires a hands‑on executive who can translate business priorities into practical people strategies while building scalable systems that support engineering, manufacturing, programs, operations, and corporate teams. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in strategic HR leadership within aerospace, defense, manufacturing, hardware, or other operationally intensive environments and should be equally comfortable advising senior leadership, strengthening culture, driving accountability, and building the HR foundation needed to scale a world‑class defense manufacturer. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership Develop and execute a holistic HR strategy aligned with Tiberius Aerospace’s mission, vision, and growth objectives Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on workforce planning, organizational health, succession, leadership capability, and talent risk Translate business strategy into actionable people priorities across engineering, manufacturing, operations, programs, and corporate functions Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, restructuring, and change initiatives as the business scales Organizational Design & Workforce Planning Lead organizational design efforts to ensure the company structure supports business priorities, speed, accountability, and growth Build workforce planning processes that align hiring, capability development, and organizational structure with operating plans Assess talent gaps and organizational needs across technical, operational, and corporate teams Support long‑range headcount planning, leadership bench strength, and succession readiness Culture & Employee Engagement Champion a positive, high‑performance, and mission‑driven culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence Drive employee engagement initiatives that strengthen communication, retention, trust, and manager effectiveness Foster an inclusive and respectful work environment that supports both business performance and employee development Help leadership reinforce company values as the organization grows and matures Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with employment law, HR best practices, and people‑related risk management across applicable jurisdictions Oversee employee relations, investigations, policy interpretation, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution with sound judgment and consistency Develop and maintain policies, documentation, and HR controls appropriate for a regulated aerospace and defense environment Partner with leadership and legal resources as needed on sensitive employee matters and organizational risk HR Systems, Analytics & Operations Implement and optimize HRIS, digital tools, and people analytics to support data‑informed decision‑making Build scalable HR operations, service delivery processes, and reporting cadence to support continued company growth Establish workforce dashboards and metrics to provide leadership visibility into hiring, retention, engagement, performance, and talent risk Improve efficiency, consistency, and data quality across all core HR processes Executive Partnership & Change Management Act as a trusted executive advisor on organizational effectiveness, leadership dynamics, executive coaching, and team health Support major change management efforts as Tiberius Aerospace evolves and scales Partner with senior leaders to improve communication, alignment, and organizational resilience during periods of growth or transformation Help the leadership team build a disciplined, scalable organization without losing speed or mission focus Core Qualities & Competencies Strategic vision and operational excellence Ability to scale HR in fast‑paced, complex, and innovative environments High emotional intelligence and communication mastery Strong executive presence and business partnership instincts Proven track record in building resilient, agile HR teams Builder mindset with the ability to create structure where it does not yet exist Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate sensitive issues with maturity and clarity Commitment to inclusive leadership, accountability, and ethical decision‑making Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including VP, Head of HR, or senior Director roles Demonstrated success in scaling HR functions in high‑growth, transformative, or operationally complex environments Deep understanding of employment law, compliance, employee relations, and risk mitigation Experience implementing HRIS and digital people analytics tools Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and executive advisory skills Proven ability to influence leaders across technical, operational, and executive functions Preferred Qualifications Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, hardware, or other mission‑critical operating environments Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or program‑driven organizations Familiarity with government‑contractor or regulated‑industry HR environments Experience building HR infrastructure during periods of rapid growth or organizational transformation Master’s degree, MBA, SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, or other relevant advanced credential preferred Why Join Tiberius Aerospace?
