Construction Safety Manager

Construction Safety Manager

A growing construction organization is seeking a Safety Manager to lead and enhance its company-wide safety program. This role partners with field and leadership teams to ensure OSHA compliance, reduce risk, and build a strong safety culture across multiple job sites. This is a chance for someone to be a part of a whole cultural change, with the autonomy to build and leave an impact.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and improve safety programs, policies, and compliance
Conduct job site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
Lead training (OSHA, PPE, fall protection) and safety meetings
Investigate incidents and track safety metrics
Maintain OSHA logs and documentation
Support workers' comp, claims, and return-to-work programs

Qualifications

5+ years of construction/roofing safety experience
Strong OSHA knowledge and compliance expertise
Experience with audits, inspections, and investigations

Preferred: OSHA 30/500, CHST/CSP, multi-site experience, bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
