Our upgraded store will have a larger retail floor, larger bathrooms, a larger kitchen with an expanded menu, two entrances, more registers, and an expanded selection of spirits!

Wage: $18.44 per hour. Full time (40 hours a week).

Location: River Rock Tobacco & Fuel off of Exit 210

Job Duties:

• Follow compliance with register operations policies and procedures
• Enforce compliance for age restricted sales
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
• Accurately and efficiently ring up customers on registers and accurately maintain all cash and paperwork at the registers
• Communicate customer requests to management
• Maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
• Be compliant with established store policies and standards, such as safekeeping funds and property, personnel practices, security, sales and record-keeping procedures
• Perform all other duties assigned by Management

Position Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required or be willing to obtain one within a two year period.
• Basic math knowledge.
• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• River Rock Tobacco & Fuel is a drug-free workplace. All employees are subject to a pre-employment drug screen (pre-employment drug screen does not include THC).
