Oracle Cloud HCM Project Manager

Leading and managing Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects remotely, the full-time Oracle Cloud HCM Project Manager will ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget while providing guidance to project teams and stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead and manage Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery Establish and execute detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 5 to 10 years of project management experience, particularly with Oracle Cloud HCM applications Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams Full life cycle hands-on project management of Oracle Cloud implementations Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira
