Are you an innovative educator who believes that learning should be meaningful, creative, and connected to real-world experiences ? At Urgent Academy , we’re looking for a passionate, student-centered educator to serve as a Learning Coach-Teacher —someone who thrives at the intersection of education, mentorship, and community impact .

This role goes beyond traditional teaching—it’s an opportunity to:

Schedule:

• FT/PT School day
• Extended Learning After School
• SY, Summer or Year-Round

Qualifications : 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and state teaching certification, preferred
• Previous experience teaching at the K-8 level is preferred
• Understanding of youth development principles and best practices in learner-centered education and project based learning (PBL)
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication and technology skills
