- Bachelor’s degree or higher and state teaching certification, preferred
- Previous experience teaching at the K-8 level is preferred
- Understanding of youth development principles and best practices in learner-centered education and project based learning (PBL)
- Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication and technology skills

Urgent Academy , our private career and technical education (CTE) micro middle school , advances learner-centered, interest-driven, project-based learning , introducing students to careers in Film, Arts, Culture, and Entrepreneurship (FACE).
