Family Nurse Practitioner / Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Chinese-Speaking)

Job Type: Full time Locations: Brooklyn | Manhattan | Staten Island

Schedule

Full-Time: 40 hours per week
Clinic Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Flexible scheduling options available
No on-call requirements

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform routine check-ups, physical exams, and preventive screenings
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and EMR records
Ensure continuity of care through collaboration with physicians and staff

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP/NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in New York
Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese required)
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a high-volume outpatient setting
New graduates are welcome to apply
