Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM) Experience: 2 years of labor and delivery experience minimum License: South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Beginner, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM, NRP required Must-Have: Epic experience Description: We are seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse. The position requires night shifts, working 3 days per week. Every other weekend is required. On-call requirements include 2 twelve-hour shifts within a six-week period. Floating between units is not required. First-time travelers are accepted. The candidate must hold the necessary certifications. Experience with Epic charting system is required. Local candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All requests for time off must be included during the application submission. The facility reserves the right to cancel one shift every two weeks. During hurricane season, all employees may be assigned to emergency response teams. Candidates should be aware of this prior to applying. Preferred qualifications include experience in high-risk deliveries and familiarity with specialized labor and delivery protocols. Travelers will not be cleared to report until the required license is active. Please ensure compliance with all required documentation and testing prior to the start date.
