•Outpatient Family Medicine Physician with an established patient panel
•No nights, no weekends, no on-call
•12-18 patients per day
•HPSA Score: 15
•4 day work week supporting exceptional work life balance
•Brand new, state of the art clinic with Epic EMR, AI scribe technology, and strong clinical support

Compensation and Benefits:
•$300K+ evergreen base salary guarantee, including 3% annual increases, independent of any wRVU based compensation structure
•Signing bonus and relocation assistance provided
•Student loan repayment program available
•52 total days off annually, inclusive of federal and tribal holidays, vacation, sick time, and personal leave
