Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Tue 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Wed 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter access points, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized behavior.
• Monitor for potential concerns such as loitering, shoplifting indicators, trespassing, and/or property damage, and report observations according to post orders and client guidelines.
• Assist with access control, closing procedures, and customer or associate interactions related to security-related concerns, while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
