The role involves managing a high-volume litigation docket, drafting correspondence, shell discovery responses, and pleading shells, preparing hearing/trial notebooks, and calendaring discovery and court deadlines. Candidate must be familiar with TRCP discovery protocols and have experience filing in both state and federal courts. Some overtime will be required. Qualifications: Calendar management Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Westlaw, PACER/ECF, E-File Texas, and Adobe Experience with Trial Director and e-discovery platforms (preferred, but not required) Strong internet research skills Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
