Program Analyst

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Conducts internal audits/reviews for CPAC processes to evaluate: Operations - Effectiveness and efficiency of operations; Reporting - Reliability of reporting for internal and external use; and Compliance - Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Participates in the testing/review work groups, follows the testing/review programs or outlines, and arrives at the correct conclusion for operating/design and/or business processes.
• Communicates internal control/business process concepts and control deficiencies to various Revenue Operations stakeholders and CPAC leadership.
• Applies Generally Accepted Audit Standards or other established standards when conducting internal audits.
• Provides input for control design effectiveness reports intended to improve the design and effectiveness of internal controls.
• The primary responsibility of this position is to evaluate risk and internal controls across Revenue Operations and all CPAC departments.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week Telework: This position is authorized for telework. Telework eligibility will be discussed during the interview process. Virtual: This is not a virtual position.
